Discontinued Operations
The former FINANCIAL SERVICES Division consisted of the Deutsche Postbank
Group's activities. After the sale of the Deutsche Postbank Group, the
segment is now presented as a discontinued operation. The Pension Service
previously allocated to the FINANCIAL SERVICES segment was transferred
to the MAIL Division. The Deutsche Postbank Group is reported as a
discontinued operation for the months of January and February. As of
March, the remaining shares disclosed under investments in associates
and the net income from associates are reported in the column entitled
"Corporate Center/Other".
