The Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board advises the Board of Management and oversees its management activities. It comprises 20 members. The Annual General Meeting elects 10 shareholder representatives, while a further 10 members are elected by the employees under the provisions of the Mitbestimmungsgesetz (German Co-determination Act). The Supervisory Board has formed a total of five committees. In addition to the Mediation Committee required by the Mitbestimmungsgesetz, these include the Executive Committee, the Finance and Audit Committee, the Personnel Committee and the Nomination Committee.
